01 agreement to terms

by accessing or using the nan website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. if you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our website or services.

02 services

nan provides 1 to 1 ai coaching sessions focusing on android development with kotlin, gradle, and ai. we reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time.

03 bookings & payments

all sessions must be booked in advance via our whatsapp inquiry system. payment for the 2-day session (under ₹500) must be made prior to the start of the first session as per the instructions provided during the inquiry.

04 cancellation policy

please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. refunds or rescheduling for late cancellations will be at our discretion.

05 intellectual property

all content provided during the sessions, including code examples and instructional materials, is for your personal learning use only. you may not redistribute or sell our teaching materials.

06 limitation of liability

nan and its mentors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the information provided during sessions.
